Erin McConnell

I’m Erin McConnell, a 25-year-old international triathlete representing Ireland and currently on the performance pathway to the LA 2028 Olympic Games. I train full-time in triathlon and everything I do is driven by self-belief, passion, and determination, with a clear goal of becoming one of the best in the world. I’m deeply committed to pushing my limits every day and continually growing as both an athlete and a person. Beyond performance, I’m passionate about inspiring others to believe in themselves and chase big goals. In my limited free time, I love cooking, spending quality time with my family and friends, and being with my dog, Sulley. I believe this keeps me grounded, balanced, and focused on the journey.
