Founder and Head of International Development

'Graham Clifford, from County Kerry, is the founder of Sanctuary Runners and currently its Head of International Development. A social entrepreneur he has also created a community singing initiative called 'One Town One Voice' to break down barriers to community integration and co-founded the 'Translate Ireland' Multilingual Video messaging service. A former broadcast and print journalist/feature writer, he worked in media in Ireland, the UK and Australia for almost two decades. Once a very reluctant runner he is planning to run his 9th (London) and 10th (Dublin) marathons in 2026.'
